Our company accepts notifications pursuant to Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on Whistleblower Protection (hereinafter referred to as the Act). Below you will find all notification channels along with a description of how to submit and track notifications. Only the relevant person can see the notification you submit. No one else has access to the notifications. Under Section 4 of the Act, a whistleblower may not be subject to retaliation (e.g., termination of employment, removal as a manager, reduction in pay, transfer or reassignment, etc.).
